iCheks Solutions is a software development studio based in Vélez-Málaga, Spain, specialising in vertical SaaS products, custom software development and managed technology infrastructure.

iCheks Solutions provides custom software development, vertical SaaS product design for the Spanish market, technical consulting and managed infrastructure.
As a complementary service, we offer iCheks Pods: managed Ubuntu instances for users who wish to deploy self-hosted applications on private infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify, expand, suspend or discontinue any service at any time for technical, legal or business reasons.
4. Acceptable use
Use of icheks.com is permitted for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable law. Any use that may damage, overload or impair the site or its servers is prohibited.
Expressly prohibited activities include mass scraping, code injection, unauthorised access attempts, malware distribution or any activity infringing third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The code, design, brand, logo, content and all elements of icheks.com are owned by iCheks Solutions or used under licence, protected by applicable IP law in Spain and the EU.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of these elements is prohibited without express written authorisation from iCheks Solutions.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". Although we apply professional technical standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consulting or development services unless expressly committed in a written contract.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCheks Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the website or services.
Total liability to a client shall be limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, including the LSSI-CE, LOPDGDD and GDPR where applicable.
For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the Courts of Vélez-Málaga, unless mandatory consumer protection rules establish a different forum.
